@Itfs the most important phrase that gthe company depends on their peopleh. We think that our office is only one team which consists of all the members. If only a patent attorney is excellent in an office, such office would receive a low reputation. In other words, if IP paralegals, trainees, translators, tracers, etc. cannot do daily work with target in common, we cannot provide you with high grade services, especially fine-tuned IP services. We are sure that each member is a center player every aspect of our work.
@As a rapid change of the times has been grown, and qualities required for our staff are varying from hour to hour according to the change of cases, the change of clients, and the change of each memberfs developing, and so on. But our staff are always required to be "professionals".
@We do not think that the word gbeing professionalh means well-established craftsman. The gbeing professionalh, we think, means being undaunted attitude by failure (actively serching for any services to be able to provide, and providing), being not forget his failure (analyzing what went wrong, and remenbering), and use such failure as a springboard. This concept is very similar to the that of Mr. TAKEOKA who is the model of the English teacher in one of the most popular Japanese comics hDRAGON ZAKURA (dragon cherry)h. (hDRAGON ZAKURAh is the story that spoiled high school students pursue the goal of passing the entrance examination of TOKYO university, with excellent and unique teachers.) And our final target is that the gprofessionalh members co-works with a common target.
@We think itfs very difficult for us to create a strong and flexible team with taking advantages of our membersf characteristics, but we have a strong intention to resolve such a difficult problem. So, we think most important thing is having heart-to-heart communication with each other, of course face to face. Then, we would not welcome a member who cannot cooperate with us, cannot change his own thinking, and cannot break out of his own shell. We want to communicate with each other as frequently as possible, and find a best solution.
