• FUKUNAGA Masaya　graduated from OSAKA University in 1983 where he majored in Naval Architecture. He then worked for the design section of SUMITOMO heavy-industries, Ltd., joined Osaka Gas Information System Research Institute Co.,Ltd. in 1994, and later moved to a patent office in 1997. He became a qualified Patent Attorney in November 2000. He has been a member of the Japanese Patent Attorneys’ Association Software Committee, and the Japan Systems Analysts Group(JSAG).
